HOW DOES IT WORK?
There would be two entities in the scenario, the customer and the local service provider. They will be linked through a mobile application over which the communication flows.
The Customer will have a mobile application on which the entire list of services in the area will be enlisted. He/she will choose the required service and this will send out a query to the service providers citing the contact details of the person who made the enquiry.
The Local Service Provider will receive the query and he/she will get in touch with the customer and then the price negotiation, fixing the convenient time of service etc will take place. Once these details are finalised, the local service provider goes on the house call.
